Look for the Jags to take a RB early

The Jags would like to get a RB early in the draft. Taylor is always a risk. It would be nice to have someone behind him to back him up. This is the year to do it with all of the depth in this years draft.

Yea.. they could take one as early as the third.. POSSIBLY second round if that is the best player there

I think they draft one in the 2nd round.

im not speaking from knowing.. but i think i heard on Fox Sports News or something that Greg Jones is making a transition to just Fullback.. is this true or am did i hear the guy on t.v. wrong?

No.. thats true.. hes focusing on being a fullback... and toefield is the backup

its a deep RB class..and that is the only reason why the Jags would select a RB. I can't see it being any earlier than round 3 though. Harris has made it clear that he will take the BPA and will not reach for a player no matter how big of a need that position is (even though the 2004 draft is proof that he is a lier)...so I can see the jags selecting a guy like Arrington, Fason, or Morency if they are there in the 3rd round.

Actually if you have insider.. the final ESPN mock doesnt even have the Jagz taking a RB... so who knows
