I'm going to have to check SP's rank. Maybe he can keep some of you in line better if he starts ordering you guys around.

Yeah I can't say I was "educated" on it but I heard a couple thousand hours of oldies growing up when my parents had friends over. It always takes me back when I hear it.

I figure I've been posting in the Steelers forum enough lately that I might as well introduce myself.

Name: Rob
Age: 44
Location: Williamsburg, VA
School: ERAU
Occupation: US Army Helicopter Instructor Pilot
Pastime: Football fanatic (naturally!), hiking, boating, golfing, music

Admittedly, Pittsburgh is not my favorite team, but they're up there. Grew up just south of Green Bay and am an avid Packer fan but follow several teams with Pittsburgh being among them. Always liked Pittsburgh's style of football.

Finishing up my 24th year in the Army and will likely call it a career next summer. Have a couple combat tours as a Blackhawk MEDEVAC pilot behind me and looking to bridge that into an EMS career once I make the transition. 7 on/7 off - how can you beat that??

Musical taste spans from Johnny Cash to Tool. Saw Tool in concert a month ago, as a matter of fact, and am going to see Chevelle next week, courtesy my daughter for my birthday. Woohoo!! Raised her right!!

I particularly enjoy the salary cap and CBA discussions, if you hadn't noticed. I track salary information on several teams and enjoy observing how capologists manage their respective team finances. I'm no expert, but I do consider myself more versed than the average fan on salary cap and CBA specifics.

Anyway, look forward to continued discussion with a fanbase I consider just as diehard and loyal as mine. Cheers!
