What do you guys think its an even trade for the 1st overall where you could get DJ to replace him or a CB or a WR or QB.

Can't trade LA. Somewhere in the vicinity of a $20M bonus acceleration against our cap.

Lavar Arrington is 100% untradable the cap hit would make Coles' cap hit look like my kids allowance. Reading his rant in the post killed me, this is just another thing we do not need.

No doubt, I wish I was treated as poorly as he thinks he has been!! If anything he should feel lucky that makes all the $$ he does based on POTENTIAL. He may get paid like studs like Urlacher or Ray Lewis, but he has yet to show that type of consistent leadership and play.

I think LaVar would be incredible as a stand-up pass rusher in the 3-4.

Lavar's not going anywhere! He'd better shut up and start playing like the player he should be. I like the guy, but trash talking the Redskins is not going to make him a better player.
