It's Andruw Jones. You see Torii Hunter more on "Baseball Tonight", but Andruw Jones has a habit of making the tough plays look routine. _________________

It is torii, because of his speed by far and look at the stadium he plays in, The Metrodome. _________________

That really has nothing to do with it. If you look at it from "power alley" to "power alley", it's 385-408-367 in the Metrodome. At Turner Field, it's 380-401-390. You're looking at that Andruw Jones has to cover 11 more feet in the outfield. Granted it's not that big of a difference, but playing outdoors is tougher then indoors. The only thing that's tough in the Metrodome, is to look up at the ceiling. Outside, it's the wind, the sun, and everything else that comes with the territory of having an outdoor stadium. _________________

but look at the condition of the stadium, bad turf and white dome roof causes you to loose the ball _________________

They replaced the turf. And besides, you can cover more ground on astroturf then you can on natural grass. _________________

I voted other because I gotta show Carlos Beltran some love, I know everybody has been overhyping him after his burst in the playoffs last year but he is by far the best 5 tool player in the league and he is an awesome defensive CF plus he played for the Royals and KC is my home town _________________

| Jones is so fast and gets such an awesome jump on the ball, there's no one better. He's outside, which is harder than in the Metrodome. I know, the ceiling but outside it's wind, the sun, the grass, the lights. And he's had to deal with his two other fielders out there have changed every year which can't help. But he's stuck it out and keeps bringing in Gold Gloves. But the biggest thing is he just makes it look so easy. |

Baseball is for the guys who aren't good enough or tough enough to play football. I hate everything about baseball outside of the Red Sox and Vladimir Guerrero. Anyhow who needs defense when you have the coolest SOB in baseball at CF Johnny Damon. Manny Damon and Guerrero thats my dream team outfield right there. _________________
