John Clayton did a pretty cool thing, I think anyways. He picked what he thought would be the best 53 man roster he could develop while staying under the cap. Andrew Walter, Shane Lechler, and Chris Carr all made the squad from the Raiders. Next year I fully expect Huff to make the team instead of Bob Sanders.

I noticed Clayton had way too many return men.

I mean, he payed big bucks for Dante Hall, but then he also has Chris Carr and Darren Sproles who are really just return specialists, at least with a team that good in front of them.

Then he also has Santana Moss and Steve Smith, whose PR abilities are wasted. Roscoe Parrish is also a good PR...

I dont see why he would pay for that many guys with return skills. I mean, Carr is a good KR but not much of a DB. So why put him on a team with that many good return men already there, including Hall, who he is paying nearly 2 mil?

Having to factor in money forced his hand in each decision.
