Gruden is a way beter coach than Tice so Hovan won't have a chance to slack like he did in minnesota and he is better than Darby was. _________________ POINT PROVEN!!!! |

| Tampa has one of the best line coaches in the league. He is a nice addition to the rotation, even if he doesnt win a starting job. |

| Gaining Hovan is probaly the biggest move we've made and going to make this yers offseason. Hovan is a great addition if he starts to play like the season before last. |

| He got hosed a bit in Minny with a crowded line. Here he's wide open to play into a spot. At the worst he'll be a solid addition to our team, at the best he'll thrive under the best D co-ordinator in the league and become a dominant player. This could be as big a pick up as Rice was when we got him. There's real potential. |
